Livingston South Community Sport & Wellbeing Hub

Mental health is just as important as physical health, and at Livingston South Community Sport & Wellbeing Hub, we believe in fostering a supportive and welcoming environment for everyone. Whether you're looking for a space to connect, unwind, or stay active, our Hub offers a variety of opportunities to boost well-being and strengthen community ties.

The Power of Community & Connection

One of the best ways to support mental health is through social interaction and physical activity. The Hub has lots of affliliated clubs which  host a range of sporting and wellbeing events throughout the year.  Engaging in group activities can help reduce stress, improve mood, and create a sense of belonging.

Join Us at the Friday Café

Every Friday, our Hub Café opens its doors to bring people together over a warm drink, breakfast roll, home baking and good conversation. Whether you're looking for a friendly chat, a chance to meet new people, or simply a space to relax, the café is a great place to connect.

Helpful Tips for Mental Health Well-being

Staying active, connecting with others, and practicing self-care are all essential for maintaining good mental health. Whether it’s through sports, social gatherings, or simply taking time for yourself, small actions can make a big difference.
